- It’s finally here, the review you’ve all been waiting for. That’s right; the GTX 1060 is finally out in the wild, and we have a super in-depth review to give you the full scoop on Nvidia’s latest mid-range GPU. Overall, we found the vanilla 1060 to be a great purchase: “If performance per watt matters to you, Nvidia’s 16nm GPUs outright decimate what we’ve seen of AMD’s 14nm effort thus far. It’s just not even close.” Read the review and looking for more? Be sure to check out our Pascal Megathread for the latest scoop on Nvidia’s newest graphics architecture.
- It's that time again! Time to update the Best PC Builds! Once again, we are opening the field to user recommendations to get the best consensus for the absolute best of the best in each category. Like last time, we're limiting the builds to price points, but this time, we also include VR builds and mini-ITX builds. Your challenge is to create builds in any of the following eight brackets:
Best VR Ready Build $750 or Less Best Mini-ITX Build Under $1,000
Best Build $1,000
Best Build $1,250
Best Build $1,500
Best Build $2,000
Best VR Ready Build Under $2,500
- We have another great Steam giveaway for you! For this giveaway, we have three (3) copies of Divinity: Original Sin up for grabs. As always, we will award one game via the raffle and give two away to participants in the discussion on our forums. Divinity: Original Sin is a personal favorite. The isometric gameplay and character management system hearken back to Bioware's classic series of Infinity Engine RPGs like Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale. If you're a fan of RPGS, Dungeon and Dragons, or classic fantasy you will love these games. The game itself is epically large and will keep you distracted for hours on end. The addition of co-op makes this a must have game in my book!
