All Indian citizens between 18 to 30 years as on the last date of receipt of online application (10th August 2016), are eligible to appear for the exam with the following essential Educational Qualifications for BSNL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2016.
- A) Three years Engineering Diploma B.Tech / Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from a recognized institution/ University in any of the following disciplines
- Telecommunications Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Radio Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Instrument Technology
- Information Technology
- B) Bachelor of Science (Electronics) / B.Sc (Computer Science) or MSC (Electronics) from a recognized institution/university of State or Central Government.
Vacancies:
Candidates possessing higher qualification in the eligible stream are also allowed to appear in the examination of the applied BSNL circle against the following vacancies.

Pay Sacle: (13600-25420) Basic+DA+HRA
Which means your initial pay will be 13600+112.4%DA+10%HRA= 30,246 + allowances
(which is quite healthy amount.)
BSNL Junior Engineer starts with an initial salary of above Rs.30000, i.e. in revised IDA pay scale (Non Executive 9) of Rs.13600 to 25420 with annual increment at 3% per annum with HRO, Perks, Medical Benefits as per the new rules of BSNL.

Terms of Recruitment:
BSNL Junior Engineer is an employee to work in selected BSNL circle by executing a bond in the specified format of BSNL for two years from the date of appointment or a specified period by BSNL for the post from time to time, where the successful candidates shall be paid the Stipend (Training Allowance) as per the rule.
How to Apply BSNL Junior Engineer Recruitment 2016:
Interested and Eligible candidates for the post of Junior Engineer (erstwhile TTA) shall be allowed to apply through Online only at BSNL Recruitment website, where this time BSNL considers the applications only through online registration process, and the candidates will be allowed to start online registration of application for BSNL Junior Engineer Recruitment from 10th July 2016 and available up to 10th August 2016, where the Online Test to be conducted on 25th September 2016, where the candidates can check the relaxation for the upper age limit mentioned in the detailed notification.
Selected BSNL Junior Engineer (erstwhile TTA ) candidates will have to undergo a training imparted by BSNL for a period of 10 weeks, after completion of successful training, they will be posted as BSNL Junior Engineer in corresponding circle against the Recruitment year 2016.
