How To Fix the Shutdown Process That Turned Into Restart

3. In the Winlogon folder you will see a lot of files, find the file PowerdownAfterShutdown,
if you have found a double-click or right-click the file PowerdownAfterShutdown and select Modify .

4. After that there will be a box Edit String, change the value data that had 0 to 1,
if it is click ok, then close the registry editor page

5. And now try to restart your computer, hopefully the problem is solved

If the configuration editor at the above does not work, then give back configuration as before, namely PowerdownAfterShutdown change the value data to 0
